Israel’s Minister of Justice Issues Verbal Indictment of PM Netanyahu Governing Coalition as “The National Summit to Reassess US – Israel Policy”Takes Place [# 250]

Shortly after the first National Summit to Reassess The U.S. Israel “Special Relationship” on March 7, 2014 at the National Press Club, the Associate Press reported on April 14, 2014 that Israel’s Minister of Justice of Israel, and now also chief peace negotiator Tzipi Livni declared that her peace negotiations efforts have been undermined by Prime Minister Netanyahu governing coalition, a government which represents leaders who want to prevent a peace process, Livni said.
That Netanyahu renders the so-called “Peace” process a charade is of course not new since not only is his track record replete by policies and acts characterizable as designed to sabotage of peace prospects by his continuation of policies which violate international law which prohibits the destruction of Palestinians homes for the construction of settler homes in illegally occupied Palestine, and this is more than amply documented, but additionally Netanyahu was captured on video as in fact bragging, during a visit to illegal settlers, that he sabotaged the Oslo peace process and that it was “amazing” how the U.S. will go along with anything Israel wants to do in this regard.

Said article was provided, in the fifth paragraph, with a link to the said video of PM Netanyahu confessing how proud he was of scuttling such peace talks, and it is infra reproduced to facilitate retrieval although, to activate the URL the reader may have to access the original article.
” Mr. Netanyahu has made a mockery of any peace talks between Israel and Palestine. He has gone as far as stating on a video, captured in an article by journalist Jonathan Cook published in The National of July 18, 2010, where during a visit to the home of illegally established settlers in Palestinian territory he admits that he deceived the US in order to destroy the Oslo accord and further dismissed the US as “easily moved to the right direction” calling the high level of popular American support of Israel “absurd“. “
This writer also attended the long overdue National Summit to Reassess the U.S.- Israel “Special Relationship at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. This event drew more than 500 attendees, and about 25 speakers from the U.S. intelligence community, from the U.S. military community including a survivor os Israel’s bombing of the USS Liberty in 1956 which was gathering intelligence off the coast of Egypt, journalists, academics, and others of the most diverse backgrounds.
During said National Summit, CSpan captured and published a segment wherein this writer addressed a panel of three distinguished and dedicated former intelligence community officials while asking the following question.
“Why has the media failed to give wide coverage to the extraordinary historical reality of Israel’s proliferation of the technology of weaponization of nuclear energy to the white supremacist Apartheid state of South Africa.”
This writer further made it clear that this fact is documentably reported by, inter alia, Sasha Polakow-Suransky, who wrote the indicting book “The Unspoken Alliance – Israel’s Secret Relationship with Apartheid South Africa “.
What follows is the response of two out of three of the former intelligence community members of this panel.
Philip Giraldi replied that the lack of coverage may probably be due to the fact that this was a nuclear weaponization technology transfer from one Apartheid state, namely Israel, to the other world’s only only Apartheid state, namely South Africa. Mr. Giraldi is a former counter-terrorism specialist and military intelligence officer of the CIA.
Paul Pillar remarkably admitted that the CIA is aware of a nuclear bomb detonated off the coast of the country of South Africa. He is a former National Intelligence Officer with a 28-year career in the in the U.S. intelligence community specializing in the Near East and South Asia. The reply is remarkable in the sense that it documents an admission of a reality which is hidden in plain sight, namely not only that this nuclear bomb test took place in South Africa at a time when it was known that Israel had been for more than a decade supporting said white supremacist Apartheid state’s military and intelligence needs, something which further buttresses the document evidence of Israel’s proliferation of this nuclear WMD to this Apartheid regime, but this reply in effect also admits that the US has been aware for a long time that Israel has developed an arsenal of nuclear WMD’s and furthermore has refused to sign on to the nuclear weapons non-proliferation treaty. To this day, no Israel official will admit this obvious reality and when asked the general reply is that as regards to this issue Israel maintains a policy of “strategic ambiguity “, a disingenuously risible reply.
Raymond McGovern, was the third member of that distinguished panel and he has been a brilliant, witty, and principle retired CIA analyst from 1963 until 1990 who received the Intelligence Commendation Medal.
For this writer this exchange, most particularly, constituted an occurrence which had satisfaction imparting value, as admittedly it is this writer’s passion and quest for (a) to humbly contribute to the world-wide elimination of all nuclear weapons, and (b) to contribute to the exposure how it is not in the interest of the United States to continue to maintain an absurdly “exceptionalist” policy towards Israel as it now continues to badger our President in its opposition to his successful policy of engaging constructively with the democratically elected President Rouhani of Iran to eliminate the so-called nuclear issue impasse, which incidentally, according one analyst who gave a presentation at this gathering, namely independent investigative journalist who specializes in U.S. national security issues, namely Gareth Porter, was based on false documentation which was originated in its crude format by the MEK (mujahedin e-khalq) organization which is classified as a “terrorist” organization but which due to its violently hostile activities against Iran was the recipient of tacit tolerance and protection by the Bush/Cheney administration as they operated out of Iraq after the US invasion of Iraq. According to said analyst, that false information was later further refined artificially, by John Bolton, the US ambassador to the UN, who further inflamed the falsehood that Iran was developing nuclear weapons, but Al Baradei, the director of the International Agency of Atomic Energy, to his credit refused to go along with this falsehood designed for its disinformative value.
