Republican Senator McCain Crosses the Line by McCarthyistically Calling Democracy Activists ” Low Life Scum “1

The facts are historically established and documented by documentation which exists in an amount which reaches an abundance of redundance.
On 9/11 of 1973, two Chilean Air Force bombed the Moneda Palace (the “White House” of Santiago) in , Chile in order to crush the democratically elected government of Dr. Salvador Allende. This event resulted in the death of President Allende and the establishment of a brutal murderous dictatorship.
The coup was carried out by fascist General Augusto Pinochet.
Henry Kissinger, and Richard Nixon, were direct and active accessories to massive crimes against humanity which ensued in Chile, as well as to a terrorist bombing on Sheridan Circle in Washington, D.C. which resulted in two deaths and a severe injury, as detailed infra.
Among the abundance of a redundance of documentation available about these and other crimes involving Henry Kissinger, suffice it to cite, the 551 page long book by National Security Archive researcher and author Peter Kornbluh titled ” The Pinochet File : A Declassified Dossier on Atrocity and Accountability ” which our U.S. representative at the U.N. and author of Pulitzer Prize-winning “A Problem from Hell : America and the Age of Genocide “, commented on by stating “The smoking guns are all here”.
Fast forward to yesterday’s, January 29, 2015 hearing of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee led by Republican Senator McCain, which invited Henry Kissinger to, ironically, talk about global challenges and U.S. national security challenges.
As soon as Henry Kissinger appeared, a group of peaceful democracy activists commendably got up and unfolded signs and declared ” arrest Henry Kissinger, he is wanted for crimes against humanity“.
As per protocol, the Capitol Police was called to lead said peaceful activists peacefully out.
During said process though, Mr. McCain, bizarrely and offensively disgraced himself by referring to these democracy activists, as if he was the Chairman of the “House of Un-American Activities” of the McCarthy era, half a century ago, as” low life scum “.
With this declaration Mr. McCain revealed his true face, revealed that he does not tolerate the freedom of speech of democracy activists to speak justice to power, and he thereby disqualified himself from serving as the Chaiman of the Senate Armed Forces Committee.
Congress is supposedly a participative democracy institution where “we the people” are represented by our elected officials and where we have a right to be heard, even if for a moment being somewhat disruptive at the beginning of a proceeding, particularly in a matter of the dimension of gravity which is represented by the fact that said proceeding is brazenly ignoring through corrupted politicians, that a man who is an accessory to war crimes and is wanted by judicial institutions abroad, is being treated as if he was a honorable, respectable, and innocent citizen.
So, to specifically substantiate the characterization of Mr. Henry Kissinger’s active and direct support of the fascist General Pinochet who ordered the massive arrests, tortures, and assassinations of Chileans and foreigners in Chile, and who additionally ordered the assassination of former Chilean Ambassador Orlando Letelier and his American secretary Renee Moffit on Sheridan Circle in our nation’s capital, on September 21, 1976, one may refer to the following documented facts among a plethora of additionally incriminating evidence,
The New York Times reported in 1974 that the U.S. ambassador to Chile, David H. Popper, was warned by Henry Kissinger to separate the issues of human rights and U.S. military aid to viciously murderous dictator Pinochet, and when Popper ignored that warning, Kissinger cabled the U.S. embassy in Santiago with the following message ” Tell Popper to cut the political science lectures to the Chileans “.
Mr. Kissinger also has others on his trail. In May of 2002, a French judge sent the police to his Paris hotel to ask him to appear at the Justice Ministry the next day and answer questions about five French citizens who disappeared after the Chilean coup. Instead, Mr. Kissinger escaped though the back door of the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Paris and promptly left town ( Toronto Globe and Mail, June 11, 2002).
More importantly though, Kissinger pressed Nixon to overthrow the democratically elected Allende government because his “‘model’ effect can be insidious,” documents show.
On 40th anniversary of coup, the National Security Archive posted top ten documents on Kissinger’s role in undermining democracy, supporting military dictatorship in Chile.
Kissinger overruled aides on the military regime’s human rights atrocities and told Pinochet in 1976: “We want to help, not undermine you. You did a great service to the West in overthrowing Allende.”

So, inasmuch as Congress is supposedly a democratic institution, and inasmuch as McCain characterized democracy activists as ” low life scum “, in order to cover up and protect Henry Kissinger, who is an accessory to crimes against humanity in Santiago, Chile and in Washington, D.C., it behooves us, all decent law abiding, peace and justice demanding citizens to request the immediate removal of Senator McCain from the post of Chairman of the Senate Armed Forces Committee and to simultaneously demand that proceedings be instituted to expel John McCain from the Senate.
