The reality of the situation in Venezuela is not being reported to the American people by the corporatized mainstream media, something which is intolerable in a country which can pride itself as having one of the best constitutional democracies, yet it seems that when it comes to crucial news coverage which is disapproved by sponsors or by sinister deep state actors, said constitutional democracies guarantees, are not enforced, just as the Wars Powers Act has been ignored for decades of unending wars on the basis of the falsehoods and/or censorship of highly relevant and revealing factors which are blocked by the colussion of corrupting neocon/neolib Congressional politicians, by the military-industrial complex, by special nefarious interest lobbies, in collusion with an extremist and incompetent right-wing executive branch.

It takes foreign uncensored media research to learn the facts about crucial real crisis or manufactured crisis which may either prevent or cause, dishonestly, major use of military resources which enrich the profiteers therefrom and which thereby continue to hemorrhage our treasury and thereby deflect trillions of dollars urgently needed for our universal national health care, higher education, and infrastructure maintenance and repair (inter alia), not to mention the hemorrhage these criminal wars met out on the innocent unarmed civilians by these criminal wars.

Point in case – for example – is that it takes a reading of the “Irish Examiner” to find out that an article titled “Former UN Rapporteur : US Causing Economic and Humanitarian Crisis” in Venezuela was published which clearly stated that the U.S. is engaging in “economic warfare” in that country, as it has in numerous other countries in Latin America, whenever it looked like these countries had elected democratically governments which where addressing the real needs of the impoverished masses by not allowing the corporate sectors to intervene with the social programs badly needed to bring these impoverished masses out of poverty and to provide them the basic medical and educational needs which are fundamental in any civilized society.

As a second example, with additional research which does not even have to be a foreign source, we learn that Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting (FAIR) has published an article titled “Venezuela Coverage Takes Us Back to Golden Age of Lying About Latina America“

In the case of the FAIR article, it focuses transparently on the “unrelenting drumbeat of lies” by the Trump/Pence/Pompeo/Abrams/Bolton gang and more.

Last but not least, we can always learn reality-based news which has become tabu by our mainstream media, as regards to the relentless crimes against the humanity of the Palestinian people by the now Apartheid Zionist extremist, supremacist, nationalist regime of Netanyahu, in – of all places – the most independent, progressive, sophisticated, reliable, well balanced newspaper of Israel, namely Haaretz.

And yes, we can even avoid having the vituperative smear hurled at us if we quote valid strong criticism of Israel, as the value of supporting BDS, namely that despicable smear of being characterized as being an “anti-Semitic“, since (a) it would inoperable and oxymoronic, and (b) Haaretz also educates one about the noble, universalist, humanistic, Torah law-abiding, values of Jews globally, including those in Israel and in Iran where there are tenths of thousands living happily and feeling protected.
