On January 12, 2016 the following article was published in the Argentum Post :

As Israeli Progressives And Israeli Human Rights Organizations Demand Justice They are Targeted for Reprisals

To be fair and accurate this writer deems it important to provide an update on this article which now has the Israeli newspaper The Jerusalem Post reporting that “apparently” the fire at one of the offices of the Israeli human rights organization B’Tselem was not  the product of arson but the product of a “short-circuit”.

It was reported previously that one of the reason arson was assumed was that the fire had originated at two separate locations within said office.   Presumably then, there must have been two short circuits in said office at two separate locations, something which would could be characterized as a rare phenomenon.

What is important to note though is the reality that all of this must be seen within   the context of the wave of government incitement and smear campaigns against Israel’s human rights groups such as B’Tselem, and against courageous and principled whistleblower organizations  such as Breaking the Silence former military officers and others, often characterized by the Netanyahu government speciously as “leftists“,  who expose by documentation the egregious crimes against the humanity of the autochthonous Palestinians as a result of the international law violating violent occupation which inexorably must end.
