It is now not only a prerogative for the College of Electors to vote for the winner on the basic standards of the world’s modern democracies, namely the winner being the candidate who won by the democratic popular vote the election of 2016, in this Clinton with her 2.7 million victory,  but it is now as well a moral, patriotic, and plausibly constitutional imperative that the College of Electors does so, given that a plethora of evidence now documentably has been established which renders “president” not-yet-elect Trump ineligible to come anywhere near the White House, given that he now fits additionally the exact profile of an individual’s character and background  on which one of the framer’s of the Constitution, namely Alexander Hamilton based his initiative to create College of Electors to guard against,  in order to safeguard our constitutional democracy from such  characters as Trump flagrantly represents.

The electors from the College of Electors have already started to  consider to  not vote to officially elect Donald Trump,  on the basis of what is now a plethora of evidence that Trump fits exactly the criterion of character bereft of “ability” and “virtue” , which were the words used by Alexander Hamilton in his “Mode of Electing The President” published  on Friday, March 14, 1788.

In   Federalist No. 68  the following paragraph  clearly stipulates  that the individual the American people elect to become the President of the United States  –  and of course, the American people did not elect Donald Trump to become the President of the United State by the popular democratic vote anyway, since Donald Trump lost that vote by a huge margin of what is not 2.7 million votes,  but to boot, Donald Trump does not fulfill the prerequisites outlined for the Electoral College via the Federalist No. 68 article to qualify him as shown  infra.

“  The process of election affords a moral certainty, that the office of President will never fall to the lot of any man who is not in an eminent degree endowed with the requisite qualifications. Talents for low intrigue, and the little arts of popularity, may alone suffice to elevate a man to the first honors in a single State; but it will require other talents, and a different kind of merit, to establish him in the esteem and confidence of the whole Union, or of so considerable a portion of it as would be necessary to make him a successful candidate for the distinguished office of President of the United States. It will not be too strong to say, that there will be a constant probability of seeing the station filled by characters pre-eminent for ability and virtue. And this will be thought no inconsiderable recommendation of the Constitution, by those who are able to estimate the share which the executive in every government must necessarily have in its good or ill administration. Though we cannot acquiesce in the political heresy of the poet who says: “For forms of government let fools contest That which is best administered is best,’’ yet we may safely pronounce, that the true test of a good government is its aptitude and tendency to produce a good administration.  ”

We learn now that, to add insult to injury, Donald Trump already has meted out enormous damage to our nation’s prestige throughout his unethical, abusive, grotesque, racist, misogynist, incendiary, language and behaviour in his campaign,  and now through  his bizarre nominations for heads of U.S. government agencies which advocate against the very foundational missions of said agencies,  in order to literally pervert their raison d’être and thereby undermine and their effectiveness, and to potentially attempt to eliminate them.

We furthermore also learned that “president” not-yet-elect had a telephone conversation with the leader of the PRC province of Taiwan and thereby Trump violated a 40-year protocol to not violate the People’s Republic of China (PRC) sovereignty, since Taiwan is not a “nation”, (it has no embassy in Washington, DC and no UN recognition),  and this is therefore an act which the PRC indicated would be a basis for breaking of its relations with the U.S.

The breaking of diplomatic relations with the PRC, which is our creditor and owner of trillions of dollars of our debt, would wreak havoc in the U.S. economy and that of that of the world.

Its was U.S. President Carter who recognized the PRC in 1979.  The condition for the mutual establishment of relations was based on the acceptance by the U.S. is the fact that Taiwan always was and remains a province in the PRC.    It was the place whereto the bloody dictator Chiang Kay-shek fled during the uprising of the people of China against his corrupt dictatorship in 1949.

Trump also used recklessly in incendiary terms the expression “We Can’t Continue to Allow China to Rape our Country” and falsely accused China of manipulating its currency, a myth which the Wall Street Journal, to its credit, immediately debunked.

Most stunningly though is that this “president” not-yet-elect Trump, also on the same day as he had the damaging telephone conversation with the leader of the Taiwan province of the PRC, he had another highly damaging and embarrassing telephone conversation  with the murderous misleader of the Philippines whose name is Rodrigo Duterte,  who was relatively recently elected yet  whose Vice President already resigned in protest against Duterte crimes against the humanity of the Philippine people.  This Philippine misleader  will most probably be impeached and indicted soon,  as he has created state-linked death squads to assassinate so-called “criminals” on the streets.

On December 9, 2016,  The Washington Post, to its credit, published an article about this infamous conversation between Trump which was written by Emily Rauhala titled  “ Line Blurs Between Vigilantes and the Law Under Duterte  “

So, to cut to the chase, the bottom line of this conversation is the following.

Rodrigo Duterte, now acting as the dictator of the Philippines, has given the green light to the use of  vigilante killers, usually two men on motorcycles, one riding and the other armed to kill criminal suspects, drug users,  or drug traffickers, and this has resulted in the summary execution of 4,500 people in less than just 5 months.

The executioners are “vigilante killers” AND  police officials who work in coordination with vigilante killers.  No due process exists for these victims of these horrific crimes.

Even if those executed were really only “criminals” or “drug traffickers” this is an abomination beyond words, but what in fact is happening is that those executed comprise as well human rights activists, and just about anyone critical of this diabolical dictator who therefore orders the killing of his critics.

In Emily Rauhalia’s Washington Post article, Jose Malvar Villegas, Jr. who is the President of Citizens Crime Watch in Gloria says “They kill everything

As an example given is the murder on the island of Mindoro of Zenaida Luz.

In October, the 51-year old anti-government crime activist, Zenaida Luz stepped out of her home and was shot to death by two men on a motorbike.

The local, uncorrupted, police of Mindoro pursued the assassins and when they confronted these  criminals, to their shock they discovered that the killers were two Philippine  high-ranking  police officers in mask and wigs,  and both were graduates of the Philippine National Police Academy,

In other words, state-sponsored death squads, which are similar to those of the El Salvador death squads organized by the depraved right-wing extremist criminal misleader of El Salvador, namely  Roberto D’Aubusson who assassinated the legendary Archbishop Oscar Romero while he was preaching in the cathedral,  have been created and are being ordered by the misleader of the Philippines to carry out similarly monstrous assassinations in the Philippines.

This fact is now well established as the United States media and world’s media has abundantly reported on it.

So, rewind back to the phone conversation between the unstable and bizarre “president” not-yet-elect Donald Trump and the monstrous leader who is behind the assassinations by death squads of the state-linked executioners carrying out crimes against the humanity of the people of the Philippines, it is a documented fact that Trump and  Détente’s conversation touched on the Duterte’s ordained executions and Donald Trump’s response to that was a most incredible, despicable,  and stunning one, namely Trump said that Duterte’s war on criminals  “  ...WAS THE RIGHT WAY “ ?!

No more needs to be said.

Donald Trump cannot, must not, and will not be the President of the United States. Period.

He dug his own political grave.  With friends like Duterte and vice-versa, he needs no enemies, and with his mediocre and zero experience background in statesmanship, in verbal and mental coherence, in stable consistency,  and governance administration Trump.

What Trump needs is just an absolutely permanent closed-door to any governance job in the United States of America.

“We the People” of decent and humanistic values, of all ideo-political-religious backgrounds as well as of those of no ideo-political-religious backgrounds,  can and must be united in demanding that the College of Electors do its honorable job in the defense and  safeguarding of our national security and of our constitutional democracy.

We cannot afford to wait for wars and impeachments to occur, since we must not have anymore paralysis in governance as we embark on a journey of progressive democracy evolution which, as the “We the People” have expressed we want NOW, and it must prioritize our homeland’s public health system, affordable education opportunities, infra-structure, internal security, elimination of Citizens United, inception of a direct popular voting system with the provision of the Instant Run Off Voting (IRV) system so that a third-party will always be able enrich the national conversation and yet not result in the “spoiler” accusations, since voters will always be able to vote for one of the two major parties and but additionally will be able to vote for the “Third Way” by voting of the third-party BUT simultaneously will be able to designate the candidate of one of the two major parties IF the “Third Way” candidate does not get a majority.

The highest priority must also become the ending of all hemorrhage of blood and treasure in hegemonic wars camouflaged as democracy building wars, and the immediate establishment within the “Peace Institute” building in Foggy Bottom of a vibrant and participative democratic center for an intense peaceful conflict resolutions activities program which will eradicate any support for belligerence at home or abroad by our so-called “allies” which receive billions of dollars of our taxpayers funds, precious funds badly needed for social services.   Comprising these so-called pseudo “allies” are the violently oppressive regimes of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Israel with the latter being obsessively involved in hate and fear mongering on false premises  against Palestine which it occupies in  flagrant violation of international law, and on Iran which has not invaded or attacked any of its neighbors and which furthermore has the largest percentage of Jews living outside of Israel in the region and hence cannot credibly be smeared with  the tag of being any “existential threat” to Israel.

To fund the single payer health care system we must have,  it is an imperative that we cut our defense budget which is inflated by contractor corrupt fleecing of the taxpayer’s funds and which is also coordinating its waste via the undue influence of the industrial military complex.

This means we must close the majority of our hundreds of military bases around the world and join the major industrial powers of the world, obviously including Russia and China in proposing a Marshall type plan to heal and rebuild the Iraq, Syria, Libia, Yemen, Gaza, and to impose a once for all peace and security settlement of the catastrophe which was created by the military implantation of Israel into Palestine, something which can and must be resolved without violence to either the Jews of the Palestinians who now live in Palestine while recognizing the right of the Palestinians in exile to return to their homeland, which can and will be upgraded into a hopefully vibrant Palestinian democratic federation, which will
hear from Washington the loud and clear message “tear down those walls”, instead of Washington absurdly providing it with $ 10 million dollars per day while Israel remains part of the problem and not part of solution of the Middle East conflict.
