This is a succinct but loaded ARGENTUM POST Special.

The “Unholy Trilogy” of literal unspeakable evil comprising the terrorizingly murderous dictator Bin Salman of Saudi Arabia, who is protected and enabled by Trump and Netanyahu,  lies at the root of massive crimes against the humanity of the Yemeni and Palestinian peoples, incredibly with – thus far – getting away with such thoroughly documented criminality with appalling  impunity

On the other hand, in the starkest contrast to the daily news about the irreversible horrific consequences of these crimes on the innocent, unarmed, poorest of the poor peoples of Yemen and Palestine victimized by these energumens, we find hope and inspiration  in the form of the action and pronouncements of two outstanding adults and a 15-year old Swedish girl as they courageously reflect universalist yearnings by rationalist and humanist beings everywhere by the courageous values that guide them in their pursuit for solutions which would redirect the priorities of humanity globally once their concepts are reduced to practice.

So, to cut to the chase, these three individuals identities and backgrounds are described infra succinctly as well, in combination with the publication of the text of an interview of one, and a video of an interview of the other.

The names of the three individuals chosen for this article are, Avraham Burg, Miko Peled, and Greta Thunberg.

Avraham Burg, aka Avraham “Avrum” Burg (Hebrew: אברהם בורג‬, born 19 January 1955) is an Israeli author, politician and businessman: he was a member of the Knesset, chairman of the Jewish Agency for Israel, Speaker of the Knesset, and Interim President of Israel.

Miko Peled (born 1961 in Jerusalem) is an Israeli-American activist, author, and karate instructor. He is the author of the books The General’s Son: Journey of an Israeli in Palestine and Injustice: The Story of the Holy Land Foundation Five. He is also an international speaker.

Greta Thunberg (born 3 January 2003) is a Swedish climate activist. She is known for her strike outside the Riksdag in Stockholm, Sweden under the slogan Skolstrejk för klimatet (School Strike for the climate).  She is a literal prodigious child.

What all three have in common is that they have solidly established noble and principled values and are courageous activists in support of their respective visions for a humanist future bereft of hegemonic, racist, supremacists wars of aggression and in support of maximum avoidance now of the soon to be irreversible disasters of climate change.

Without going into details, what Avraham Burg and Miko Peled ( the son of former Israeli Major General Matti Peled who had a progressive and humanist dimension ), is that they envision as the only solution to the 70-year-old nightmare of the egregiously wrongful manner in which Western colonialist powers, most particularly the British Empire, imposed the creation of Israel inside of Palestine – namely the democratization of Palestine.

Miko Peled wrote a book titled “The General’s Son : Journey of An Israeli In Palestine” which excellently describes his own tragic loses in Israel and his discovery early on that doubling down on violence by resistors with more violence and more illegal settlements by Israel would only worsen the future for both, Palestinians and Jews in Palestine.

Avraham Burg, remarkably an interim President of Israel, came to analogous visions for peace and reconstruction to be ushered in so that the vibrant one-state solution would become a beacon for all in the Middle East region to reconcile their differences and start to co-heal by co-creating and co-producing a prosperous future.

The most recent bizarre and abominable “Nation State” law which in effect establishes Israel as an exclusivist Jewish Apartheid state is a recipe for catastrophic disaster.

South Africa was the world’s last “Apartheid State” and yet it was shamefully  Israel which in the mid 80’s clandestinely and profitably proliferated (not having signed on the Non-Proliferation Treaty – NPT)  its nuclear energy weaponization technology to said odious Apartheid state, but once it became democratized the African National Council -ANC immediately dismantled its nuclear weaponization center.

Avraham Burg expresses his analogous view about the solution to come in his book “In Days to Come : A New Hope for Israel”.

Both Peled and Burg, as millions of other Jews globally and even in Israel, do not accept the Zionist nationalist, supremacist, right-wing extremist, racist ideology.

Last but not least, the wondrous Greta Thunberg, is a 15-year old Swedish savant climate activist who has started reading and thinking about climate age when she was 9 years old.

She has engaged in weekly one day protests, first by herself, in front of the Swedish parliament building and today was interviewed today (December by the eminent and courageous and indefatigable host of DEMOCRACY NOW during the “UN Climate Change Conference” in Katowice, Poland.
