Close to 20 thousand Americans have been assassinated in 2020 due to a Constitutional Amendment which a Supreme Court Justice in 1991 characterized as having been a Second Amendment passed on the most “fraudulent” basis meted out on the American People in the history of American jurisprudence.

The said Supreme Court Justice was one of the eminent, brilliant, humanist, professional Supreme Court Justices, namely Justice Warren Burger.

The 2nd amendment is an outlier amendment whose history was and is rooted in the racist notion that white slave owners needed to be armed to combat the potential “enemy”, namely the arriving slaves from Africa, particularly after the Dreck Dred Scott decision which led to an expansion of slavery.

The slave owners claimed that “…our wealth comes from the negro slaves and the Federalists must now not allow their liberation...”

Most civilized, modern democracies either outlaw killing machines or at least highly regulate their possession by civilians.

Fast forward and we have the incredible present Texa’s Governor Greg Abbott’s execrable decision to support the 2021 bill known by supporters as “constitutional carry,” House Bill 1927 which outrageously will allow Texans 21 and over to carry handguns — openly or concealed — without obtaining a state-issued license, so long they are not excluded from possessing a firearm by another federal or state law, and to boot to nor requiring any other background checks, constitutes a despicable and reckless for the humanity of the people of Texas as it invites domestic neo-Nazi terrorists such as the ones who were encouraged on January 6, 2021, by our former energumenic deranged misleader in the White House to invade the sacred grounds of our Congress to commit vandalism and to attack while armed our democracy’s representatives as well as our law enforcement officers.

This was surreal and lethal and must never happen again, yet the Governor of Texas is scandalously opening the doors for this to happen.
